HOW TO ORDER
Finding items
If you know exactly what you would like to buy, the simplest way to find it is to type its name into the search box (found in the top of every page of our site).

If you're looking for a particular type of item, but haven't chosen anything specific, you can search using a general name such as "earrings" or "table".

Alternatively, you can make your way around the site using the various links until you find what you are looking for, or simply browse until something catches your eye.

To find out more about a product, click on the image of the product or on the "More Info" button. You'll then be taken to that product's page, which shows you an image of the item, more information about the item, an "Add to Basket" button to add the item to your Basket, and sometimes links to other related products. You can also enlarge the image by clicking on "View larger image".

Adding items to your Basket
When you click on "Add to Basket", the item is added to your Basket (found at the of your screen). This is a place to store anything you intend to buy. You can remove items from your Basket at any time if you change your mind.

  • Simply click on "View Basket" to view the contents of your basket - "View Basket" is at the top of your screen.
  • You can change the quantity of any item by entering the new quantity and clicking on "Update".
  • To remove an item, you can either click "Remove" or change the quantity to 0 and click "Update". Always remember to click "Update" after changing a quantity.

When you're ready to buy, click "Proceed to checkout" to begin filling out the order form.

Completing the order form

  • On the first page, fill out your name, email and address details. Remember that all fields with a red asterisk are mandatory.
  • You only need to fill in your house number and postcode. To save you time, we complete the rest of your address from these details and you will have the opportunity to check and amend them on the following page.
  • If you wish to earn Foxy Bingo Bingo Points (bps) you must fill in your Foxy Bingo Username.
  • When you're ready, click "Continue".
  • On the next page of the checkout, ensure that the address details shown are correct.
  • The 'Contact' address must be the same as the address the credit card bill is sent to.
  • If you require the goods to be sent to an alternative delivery address, or if there is an error in the 'Contact' address, click the appropriate "Change the Address" button, fill out the form, and click submit.
  • Select "Continue" when you are happy with the order details shown.

The next and final page of the checkout is where you fill in your payment information. We accept the following credit cards:

Fill out your payment details and click "Complete Order" to complete your order.

You are given an order summary showing your order number. Please make a note of this in case you need to refer to it at a later date. Print out a copy of this as your receipt.

Once your payment has been processed you will be sent an email acknowledging confirmation of your order.

You should always contact the relevant supplier in the first instance, and allow them adequate time to respond, but in case of any problems, please email full details to us at mail@foxystreet.com

Product Specifications
Every care has been taken to ensure that all product descriptions and specifications are correct. Colour reproduction is a good representation, however due to variances in monitor resolutions etc, a slight variance from the actual products can occur.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver anywhere on the UK mainland.

I live outside the UK. Can I order items from Foxy Street?
Foxy Street items on this site are available for the UK mainland only. Unfortunately we will not be able to process orders for non-UK addresses.

Do you accept any other currency for payment?
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an email from the supplier of your goods. You will receive one email per supplier (for example if you order 2 products from one supplier and 1 product from another supplier, you will receive 2 emails).

Will all the goods I order arrive at the same time?
Your goods may arrive at different times due to being despatched under separate cover. Check the printout of your order confirmation or your confirmation email to determine the supplier of your goods and when those goods will be delivered.

When will my order arrive?
The delivery details of your goods will be outlined in your confirmation email and vary by supplier. However, all goods will be delivered no later than 28 days.

Do you allow delivery to a different address?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address to your own address. For example you may want your goods delivered to your work address or as a gift for someone else.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is completely secure. To ensure the security of your transaction, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that any page where you enter personal information such as credit card details, the information is encrypted to safeguard your details. Encryption also prevents other Internet users from accessing this information. We only accept orders that are placed using this technology.

If I pay by credit or debit card, when will my card be charged?
All payments by debit or credit card are taken on despatch of the product. You will see "Foxy Street Order - [name of your supplier]" on your credit card statement.

How do I return my goods?
You can return your goods to the supplier for a refund as long as the goods are unused and unworn and are not perishable or personalised. It is not possible to return plants. Each supplier has a different returns policy that is outlined in your confirmation email and in the pack when you receive your goods. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to ensure the safe delivery of returned goods.

What do I do if my goods are damaged or faulty?
You should contact the supplier of your goods in the first instance. Their contact details are found on your confirmation email.

You return the goods to the address on the advice note accompanying the goods within 7 days of receipt by you; the goods are returned in their original packaging; the goods are returned at your expense to the return address specified on the confirmation of order that accompanied the goods; the goods are in no worse a condition than when they were supplied to you by us; the goods are not of a type specified, or are supplied in circumstances as being, "non-returnable". If these conditions are met you will be refunded the amount you originally paid for the goods within 30 days from the date the goods are received from you.

The information on how to return your products and a returns form will be sent with your order, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. It will also be sent to you via e-mail when we confirm your order.

How do I earn Foxy Bingo Bingo Points (bps)?
From time to time we will run offers where you can earn bps for money spent on Foxy Street. These will be advertised on the site. To qualify you must enter your Foxy Bingo username when registering on Foxy Street. Points will be credited within 28 days. However bps will be deducted for goods that are later returned.

Please read these conditions carefully before ordering any goods or services from Foxy Street. You should understand that by ordering any goods or services from Foxy Street online you agree to be bound by these conditions.

The goods and services on this website are provided on behalf of Foxy Street by our suppliers. When you purchase goods and services from this website, the contract that will be created will be between you and the supplier.

No contract will subsist between you and the suppliers of this service, for the sale by them to you of any product unless and until you have received confirmation of your order in the form of an e-mail confirming details of your order. There will then be a legally binding contract between you and the supplier(s).

The site is available only for your personal, non-commercial use.

Foxy Street and their suppliers are able to deliver items for sale on this website to UK and Northern Ireland addresses as long as you have a UK Royal Mail standard postcode (eg, AB1 1YZ). The exception to this are items supplied by Timscris who will only deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver any items to the Channel Islands as they are not part of the European Union. As such we are unable to process orders from those countries for VAT reasons. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

You confirm you are over 18 years of age.

Goods are normally dispatched within 7 working days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your order. Please note that orders for multiple products may be sent under separate cover and dispatched using different methods of carriage from multiple locations. Please allow up to 28 days for receipt of your full order.

The price shown for each product includes delivery costs unless otherwise shown. Heavy or large goods may have additional delivery charges which will be indicated by SC symbol. We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline to supply any individual or company. In instances when no postcode or inadequate address details are provided we do not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery.

No responsibility can be accepted for late or non delivery due to strikes, riots or other disruptions. In the unlikely event that a product becomes temporarily out of stock we will contact you by e-mail or by telephone with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

In the event that you buy any goods or services using this website you will be bound by such terms as are notified by us to you.

Plants and perishable goods are non returnable. You will own the goods once they have been paid for and sent to you, and you will therefore be responsible for all risks of whatever nature that arise once the goods have been dispatched in good order to you. You are advised to take out adequate insurance cover for such eventualities.

This agreement is between you and the suppliers, and this agreement is not intended to confer any rights of any nature upon any party other than you and us and our legal associates.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered or you wish to cancel your order for any reason you may return them for either a full refund or replacement goods if returned within 7 days of receipt. The information on how to return your products and a returns form will be sent with your order, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. It will also be sent to you via e-mail when we confirm your order.

The right to cancel the order does not apply to personalised goods (such as t-shirts, handkerchiefs or goods featuring a personal message or monogram); audio or video recordings or software which you have taken out of the sealed packet in which it was delivered to you.

To cancel your order you must notify us by e-mailing the supplier at the email address shown on your order confirmation email and below or by calling the supplier's customer service telephone number.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
